Return Policies

HOLIDAY RETURN POLICY

We will accept returns on all orders placed between November 25, 2016 and December 24, 2016 if we receive the return on or before January 11, 2017. Any item received after this date will not be accepted. Item(s) must be returned WITH the Holiday Return Card that was sent with the order. We do not offer exchanges, only returns for store credit. We cannot make any exceptions to this policy. Please note that it may take 7-10 days to process your return once we receive it. Please refer to your Holiday Return Card for more information.

 

NON-HOLIDAY RETURNS

We want you to love your Be Still items but understand that sometimes items need to be returned for various reasons (wrong size, color, etc.). We accept returns of non-sale items within 15 days of your purchase if the item is in original condition with tags still attached. Please note that ALL SALES ARE FINAL ON SALE ITEMS. Items purchased on sale or using a discount code are not eligible for returns.

If you have lost your return card, please include a print out of your order confirmation.

As soon as your item is received we will issue you a code for the value of your original item to be used for store credit.  Customer is responsible for all shipping costs on returns. Please note that we do not offer exchanges at this time as we can not guarantee we will have the item you purchased available at the time of return as our inventory fluctuates on a daily basis.

 

SALES

ALL SALES ARE FINAL ON SALE ITEMS (meaning no returns or exchanges)!!  Due to the high volume of orders we get during a sale we are not be able to alter or cancel any orders after they have been placed. All items ending in $0.99 are FINAL SALE and are not eligible for returns or exchanges.

Discounts CAN NOT be applied to previously placed orders!
